The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with the company's strategic goals, ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology resources to drive innovation and growth.
This role involves overseeing the development of enterprise standards for technology architecture, evaluation, and management, as well as leading technical and architectural aspects of enterprise-wide business decisions.
The VP, Technology will also manage strategic vendor and partner relationships and serve as a key liaison with business leaders, particularly in the areas of technical platforms, capabilities, and long-range goals.
Candidates for the Vice President, Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years' of leadership experience in a large, complex, geographically diverse technology environment.
A strong background in project management, healthcare or hospital-related experience, and advanced knowledge of information technology infrastructure and application architecture are essential.
