Job Description
Our client is a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, and their IP Video Operations team built a NextGen cDVR platform in a short period time. This group is on the operations side, and the team will be partnering closely with a lab environment to ensure the platform is tested and fully ready for a production environment going live to subscribers.
On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will:
- Develop alerting and dashboarding on top of existing video infrastructure systems in an Operations environment.
- Work closely with DevOps and Video System Engineering teams.
- Follows company SDLC to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
- Prepares technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
- Participates in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Developers and maintains operational and system level documentation.
This role has a pay range of $60-$72/hour, depending on years and level of experience.

- Experience with VoD (Video on Demand), IPTV, MPEG, DVR/cDVR, Video Delivery, CDN (Content Delivery Network), AND/OR Synamedia null
