Virtual Assistant – Amazon & eCommerce Store Management Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our Amazon store and other eCommerce platforms, including Walmart. This role will involve a combination of product listings management, marketing strategy implementation, inventory oversight, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and a solid understanding of eCommerce operations and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts.Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including product listing optimization, inventory management, and order fulfillment.Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and Walmart's advertising tools.Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies (email marketing, social media, SEO, paid ads).Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with eCommerce tools and platforms such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Shopify, or similar is a plus.Customer service experience is highly desirable. Preferred: Experience managing other online marketplaces such as eBay, Shopify, or Etsy.Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central Reports, or similar.Experience with tools for automating tasks and marketing (e.g., Hootsuite, Zapier).
