Virtual Event Producer - Contract

Blue Sky eLearn is hiring a Virtual Event Producer for our Event Services Team. This key role assists with the production of virtual events, including pre-event platform logistics, event facilitation, and post-event video editing and production. The ideal candidate has an aptitude for technology, is proud of delivering quality service, can adhere to a flexible schedule, and understands the importance of executing to a clients' expectations.
ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients' vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording productionAssist with connecting and training presenters on the platformTroubleshoot technical issues as they ariseClearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual eventsEnsure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recordingCommunicate issues and concerns to appropriate team memberBe available to work flexible hours, outside of traditional working hours to accommodate the needs of clients worldwide.Early mornings, nights, overnights and weekends will be requiredQualificationsExperience facilitating virtual events, specifically: Zoom, Adobe ConnectExperience facilitating streaming events, specifically Vmix, OBSProficiency in archive production (Adobe Creative Suite)Highly technical; aptitude to learn new software quickly and independentlyAbility to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
