Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group in collaboration with The Virtual Medicine Department at Houston Methodist is seeking a Nocturnal Virtual Hospitalist.
The Virtual Hospitalist program provides Virtual Hospitalist Medicine coverage to the Houston Methodist regional sites with ER presence strategically located throughout the Houston area.
Requirements:Strongly prefer candidates who have experience with virtual care deliveryBoard Certification: Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal MedicineA Texas Medical License or ability to obtain a Texas Medical LicenseMust currently reside in Texas, Georgia, or WashingtonMust have the ability to work independently, and in a collaborative meansPrevious computer experience requiredHigh speed home internetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, enhanced virtual care skillAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals across a system
