Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

As a remote School Psychologist, you will utilize teletherapy technology to conduct assessments, consultations, interventions, and other psychological services to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments remotely, including intellectual, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments, using teletherapy platforms. Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop appropriate intervention plans and strategies. Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and assist in the development of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, including risk assessment and safety planning. Consult with teachers and school staff regarding students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs, and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions and accommodations. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other collaborative meetings with school staff and parents.. Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution. Valid New Mexico state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico. Certification as a School Psychologist by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) preferred. Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for teletherapy sessions.
