Act as the main liaison for school administration, collaborating on plans to overcome obstacles hindering student success.
Manage a reduced caseload of students and step in as needed to support or substitute for Success Coaches.
Provide oversight and mentorship to Success Coaches within a specific grade band.
Serve as a trusted resource for staff, addressing inquiries and escalations promptly.
Assist with daily operations, including task delegation, deadline management, and workflow monitoring.
Aid in the development of staff evaluations, collecting data and observations as required.
Track and report data as directed by supervisors.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
About You:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Services, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in K-12 educational settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and sound judgment.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations empathetically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Previous administrative assistance experience preferred.
Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Must pass federal and state criminal background checks.
