We are looking for a Visual Specialist for a top fashion company in Columbus, Ohio. This Associate level position operates fully onsite.Responsibilities: Supports the visual merchandising team by helping to story tell brand elevating visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic and conversion.
Executes creative concepts, seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects.
Assists and prioritizes multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all visual / marketing milestones.
Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meets Brand objectives.
Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning in order to create new and innovative thinking.
Visits stores to understand the customer needs in order to identify go-forward opportunities.
Visual Merchandising is virtual vs. in a store environment using My Store (no previous knowledge of My Store is needed).
Qualifications: Experience delivering in fast paced environment with attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to understand and execute product positioning strategies.
Strong Communication and presentation skills.
Experienced in Window operating system and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in In Design.
2-4 years' visual merchandising.
BA Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Art or equivalent experience.
