We are seeking a Vice President of Critical Environments, a strategic leadership role responsible for driving Kele Companies' growth and influence within the critical facilities space.
Leveraging deep industry expertise, extensive network, and experience within the Data Center market, a solid understanding of the building infrastructure space, and proven success in executing strategic programs on a national basis.
Focusing on both new data center projects and existing facilities' operations, maintenance and value to customers, the role demands close collaboration with VP-level sales leaders across the organization to identify, secure, and execute opportunities in this vital vertical market.
Identify potential customers in a variety of roles (end users and owners, consulting engineers, contractors, and commissioning agents) within the customer organizations.Research and grow relationships with existing customers within Kele's commercial and industrial segments.Facilitate and engage in meetings between all internal and external stakeholders with a particular focus on executive leadership.Work with the appropriate Kele resources to develop solutions and proposals that meet or exceed the customers' objectives.Successfully plan long-term customer engagements via an account management mindset and align internal Kele actions to customer goals and needs.Ensure that opportunity and account information is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM.Consult and provide input into Kele Companies' existing and new product portfolio to ensure proper alignment with customer needs.Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to foster leads, build relationships, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.Present to and consult Kele leadership team on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.Successfully expand and secure contracts and agreements within the existing Kele portfolio customer base and expand in a rapidly growing marketplace.Other duties assigned as business needs emerge.Preferred Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Undergraduate/bachelor's degree and applicable certifications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 7 years related work experience.Deep knowledge of the critical facilities industry, including data centers and their operational requirements.Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective market-entry and growth strategies.Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a network of industry contacts.Collaborative mindset, with experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Results-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.Kele Companies offers all full-time associates the following benefits and perks:Medical, vision, and dental insurance.HSA.FSA (medical and dependent care).401(k) with employer match up to 4% with immediate vesting.Employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverage.Employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance; supplemental life for employees and dependents available.
