About the Role: Join our team as a VP of Customer Solutions Implementation and Pre Sales, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our pre-sales strategies and championing the successful launch of technical implementations for our large-scale customers. At the heart of this position, you'll collaborate intimately with our sales, customer success, and product teams to foster operational excellence and enhance our conversion rates. As we navigate this high-growth journey, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead and nurture a new team dedicated to leveraging the capabilities of AI in exciting, industry-leading ways.
Who You Are: 10+ years in customer solutions or pre-sales roles in high growth company 5+ years in management more than 25+ people Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions, with the ability to guide teams in technical discussions and solution development. Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to deeply understand customer pain points and business objectives, translating them into tailored solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Change Management: Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including driving adoption of new tools and processes, particularly in rapidly evolving industries. Strategic Vision: Ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with immediate tactical actions, ensuring that pre-sales and implementation strategies are aligned with the company's overall business goals. What You'll Do: Build and scale: Lead and develop the pre-sales and implementation teams, fostering integration of AI-driven solutions for large-scale customers. Commercial Acumen & Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure that pre-sales activities directly support sales goals, bringing a deep understanding of customer needs and sales strategy. Pre-Sales Strategy & Process Optimization: Drive and refine pre-sales strategies, aligning with sales goals, and enhancing conversion rates by streamlining processes. End-to-End Implementation Management: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful, timely deployments of complex technical solutions. Operational Excellence & Best Practices: Develop and optimize best practices for both pre-sales and implementation, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement. Data-Driven Performance Improvement: Leverage advanced analytics and customer feedback to enhance pre-sales and implementation performance, ensuring solutions align with client needs. Base Compensation Range: $180,000-$230,000
