Our compensation and benefits programs are market driven and competitive, with excellent family friendly policies and flexible working provisions.Job DescriptionThe VP, Global Benefits will design, implement, and manage global benefits programs that support the company's strategic objectives, attract and retain top talent, and promote employee well-being. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global benefits trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in North America and Europe. The VP, Global Benefits will work closely with senior leadership, regional HR teams, and external vendors to ensure the company's benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and talent management strategy.Evaluate and enhance existing benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's values and culture.Program Management: Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement, life insurance, disability, and other employee benefits.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in each country of operation.Monitor and manage benefits costs, ensuring programs are cost-effective and sustainable.Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements.Employee Communication and Education: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees understand and appreciate their benefits.Provide education and resources to help employees make informed decisions about their benefits.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the status and performance of benefits programs.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of benefits professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes continuous improvement and innovation.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in global benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Deep knowledge of global benefits trends, regulations, and best practices.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change.Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
