The Managing Director – Financial Analyst Manager (FAM) manages a geographically dispersed group of Financial Analysts (FAs) who underwrite requests for credit, service client needs and provide on-going monitoring of client performance. In addition, the FAM meets with and assists internal team members throughout the organization in evaluating how to best serve the customer's needs.

A Bachelor's Degree10+ years of experience in banking or credit analysisKnowledge of financial products and conceptsKnowledge of financial business operationsKnowledge of financial reportingKnowledge of financial technology applicationsKnowledge of financial regulations and codesKnowledge of fraud preventionKnowledge of agricultural fundamentalsKnowledge of customer and personal serviceComplex problem-solving skillsAbility to travel regionally, up to 35%Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range: $115,000.00 - $155,000.00 This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
