What you will be doing: The Vice President of Marketing for the Beauty and Wellness portfolio is a GM with P&L ownership for a $300M+ global business.Provide leadership, strategic direction, and business delivery of the company's Beauty portfolio.Accountable for business strategy, including key where to play and how to win strategies.Steward brand equity throughout commercial plans (e.g. branding, advertising, collateral).Deliver business strategies, including strategic direction, brand positioning, and long-term strategic planning.Coordinate marketing communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, digital and events collateral materials.Manage the marketing staff, which may include the Marketing Assistant, Associate Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Associate Marketing Director, Marketing Director, and Digital Marketers.Lead all aspects of the department's marketing and business strategy and three-year planning.Skills needed to be successful in this role: Ability to plan and manage concurrently at both a strategic and operational level.Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.Demonstrated ability to lead effectively and manage cross-functionally.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree12+ years of Marketing experience in the Beauty industry with 4 years in a senior management positionAuthorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisPreferred Qualifications: Masters DegreeBenefits: Salary + Bonus, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, 401(k) with company match, Basic Life Insurance, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Charitable (volunteer) Leave, and Educational Assistance.
