This marketer will translate business objectives into a client-first marketing strategy centered on advisor audience needs and connected to LPL Financial's comprehensive offering and solutions.You will lead a team of marketing strategists reporting to our SVP – Prospect Marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B and B2C demand generation campaigns that leverage multiple owned, earned and paid channels including: paid media, social, e-mail, events, PR, direct mail and sponsorships. This marketer will have a relentless focus on connecting marketing activities to business outcomes. This 'hands-on' manager should excel in building strategy, planning the necessary details, and leading it to flawless execution. They will be a curious marketer who is driven to learn and is energized by the opportunity to build something new, leveraging creativity and innovation every day. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative, extremely fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and pushing on the boundaries of what's possible.
