Your Role: With a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative energy, you'll lead our team to deliver top-tier experiences for our clients, ensuring projects are completed successfully and efficiently.
\n Key Responsibilities:Set the strategic direction for project delivery, driving operational excellence across the agency.Tailor delivery methods and approaches to meet the unique needs of each project.Lead the scoping and estimation of projects, with support from leadership and growth teams.Manage the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring teams are equipped for success.Oversee resource management, balancing skills, capacity, and profitability across projects.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.Conduct regular project reviews to monitor health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Track project financials to ensure profitability and overall financial health.Continuously refine internal processes and workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.Align project delivery with the agency's strategic goals and broader business objectives.Inspire, mentor, and lead the delivery team to achieve their best work.Support leadership in defining and packaging new service offerings.Oversee the planning and execution of web development projects from start to finish.Lead recruitment, development, and retention efforts within the delivery team. Requirements:Proven experience in successfully delivering complex web projects.Ability to think strategically and across multiple disciplines.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous learning.Technologically adept with a strong understanding of web development.Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.A firm stance on whether a hot dog qualifies as a sandwich!
