Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to lead an Electrical Utilities ConstructionDivision.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale energy projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Substation and BESS Construction Division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of substation and BESS construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Develop and implement strategies to optimize project performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost savings.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to support project success and business growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the division's portfolio.Monitor and analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.Report to senior leadership on project status, financial performance, and strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on substation and BESS construction.Proven track record of leading large-scale energy projects and managing cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve operational excellence.Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.What We Offer:
