VP Of Engineering Requirements

10+ years of experience in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BA required)
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
Experience with REVIT is strongly preferred
Generalist engineering background is preferred

VP Of Engineering Responsibilities

Oversee the entire engineering department, ensuring high performance and meeting project deadlines
Review designs, analyze project scopes, and step in to support team members when necessary
Develop and implement strategies for departmental growth and process improvement
Manage a team of 33, including 10 direct reports, and mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project success
Address middle management challenges and streamline operations to enhance productivity
Utilize AutoCAD and (preferably) REVIT for project designs
