### Your Role
As our VP of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions and enhancing our financial infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span across real estate, finance, investor relations, and resident experience. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with our CIO, you will:
- Lead and manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing coaching.
- Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, presenting actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Develop complex financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Potentially expand your role to oversee operations, depending on your qualifications.

- At least 6 years of finance experience.
- Proficiency in creating and managing operating budgets and monthly reports.
- Experience in building and scaling financial processes for growth.
- Expertise in preparing board materials and investor updates.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines, especially related to capital raises or transactions.

Compensation: $145,000 - $185,000 per year, based on experience and skillset.
