Federato Technologies is a Series B startup based in San Francisco, CA backed company funded by some of the most prominent VCs in the Bay Area. We build software leveraging data and AI to enable large insurance carriers to improve their portfolio optimization and make insurance affordable again. In this role, you will build a top tier delivery team that drives happy, engaged customers and users. As such, you will be owning one of the most critical functions in the company. This is a remote position, but we do have an office in San Francisco.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and scale a world class delivery organization to support multiple fast-paced customer deliveriesEnsure that all program teams are efficiently delivering successful customer implementations on time with qualityResponsible for people management - hiring, developing and implementing organizational structure, delivering performance reviews, providing continual feedback, coaching and career growthWork with partner teams to resource, develop end-to-end program plans, influence teams to deliver against them, and keep the org and leadership informed on progressWork across many organizations to align plans, manage dependencies, drive execution and deliver broad solutionsWork with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacksPerform risk management and change management on programsDrive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automationProactively identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders and stakeholdersRequirementsB.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience10+ years of experience with building and managing a team of Software Engineers and Technical Program ManagersProven communication and program management skillsProven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teamExperience building, growing, and leading a technical program management organization through design and execution of complex, cross functional programsExperience in growing organizations and developing a team cultureDirect experience leading enterprise B2B programsKnowledge of software development processes $180,000 - $240,000 a year
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
