Position Summary:   The Vice President of Information Technology will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for shaping and executing the IT strategy that aligns with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in healthcare IT and a proven track record in driving digital transformation.   Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports our mission and business objectives. • Lead digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. • Leadership & Management: • Oversee all IT departments, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and compliance. • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Technology Implementation: • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve healthcare delivery and administrative processes. • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure. • Compliance & Security: • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH. • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data. • Collaboration: • Work closely with other executives to align IT initiatives with overall business strategies. • Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.   Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector. • Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, healthcare analytics, and interoperability standards. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.   What We Offer: • Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 . • 40% annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance. • An equity package that offers significant long-term incentives. • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. • Opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.   Location Requirement: • Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN . The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
