Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the executive leadership, the Vice President of Marketing will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for orchestrating strategic growth initiatives across brand portfolio. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, online marketing, customer acquisition and retention, forecasting, advertising, analytics, public relations, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing both online and offline channels to effectively acquire, engage, and retain our expanding customer base across e-commerce and enterprise segments.
Lead brand management, performance marketing, and public relations efforts to enhance brand equity and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all product offerings.
Utilize data-driven insights and market research to drive growth for sub-brands, such as Blurb, MagCloud, Publisher Access.
Enhance performance marketing capabilities by leveraging data and customer insights to deliver targeted messaging at optimal times.
Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven marketing team, attracting top talent and fostering their professional development.
Collaborate closely with other members of the leadership team to drive overall business success and international expansion.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within SaaS, manufacturing, or e-commerce industries.
Proven success in performance marketing, with the ability to translate data insights into impactful strategies.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage customers effectively.
Commitment to innovation and a willingness to test and refine marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
