Job Description: We are seeking a driven and resourceful Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale our client's marketing strategies across multiple brands. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has hands-on experience growing companies in their early stages. We're looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, contribute directly, and work collaboratively as part of our client's team to solve challenges and deliver results. While a college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, our client is far more interested in your hands-on experience, leadership capabilities, and proven success managing and growing multi-brand marketing initiatives.
\n Key ResponsibilitesStrategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, enhances brand recognition, and increases customer engagement across all brands.Creative Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with creativity and innovation, developing out-of-the-box solutions to drive results in a growing and evolving business environment.Multi-Brand Expertise: Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and customer experience.Hands-On Execution: Be actively involved in campaign planning and execution, working alongside your team to deliver impactful results rather than simply delegating.eCommerce Growth: Lead the development and execution of eCommerce strategies to increase online sales, improve the customer journey, and maximize revenue.Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team culture where every member feels empowered and motivated to contribute their best work. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Global Market Experience: Drive marketing strategies and execution with a focus on global markets, expanding brand reach and adapting strategies to local nuances.Consumer Insights and Analytics: Use data to understand consumer behavior, identify market trends, and refine marketing strategies to achieve the best outcomes.Community and Partnership Marketing: Develop community-based marketing initiatives and build strategic partnerships to enhance customer loyalty and brand awareness. People ManagementLead, mentor, and manage the Marketing and Sales Support Team, taking full responsibility for the direction, performance, and outcomes of these teams.Build a collaborative team environment where individuals are encouraged to innovate, take ownership of their work, and grow professionally.Be an engaged and supportive leader who works alongside the team, contributing directly to initiatives while providing clear direction and guidance.Drive career development by providing mentorship and fostering opportunities for team members to grow and advance.Ensure team members supporting multiple brands and projects have clear direction, priorities, and accountability to meet deadlines effectively. Additional QualitiesStartup and Early-Stage Growth Experience: Proven experience working in the early stages of a company's growth, with a track record of building scalable strategies in resource-constrained environments.Resourceful Leadership: Ability to think creatively, adapt to evolving challenges, and identify opportunities to drive growth even in uncertain or complex situations.Team-Oriented Leadership: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute at all levels, working alongside the team to achieve shared goals.Global Market Experience: Experience with global marketing strategies is a significant plus.Apparel Brand Experience: Experience working with apparel brands is strongly preferred. QualificationsExtensive experience in marketing leadership roles, particularly managing multi-brand portfolios in the health, wellness, or fitness industries.Demonstrated success in leading eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives to drive measurable growth.Proven ability to build scalable strategies in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital advertising technologies. EducationA college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Candidates with significant experience in marketing leadership and multi-brand management will be strongly considered.
