• Supports and guides company leadership in maximizing operating efficiency and productivity.• Ensures effective deployment of operations systems, procedures, and policies.• Manages and coordinates quality and efficiency projects for continuous improvement.• Promotes effective communication and creates a shared vision for success.• Participates in the development of organizational policies and strategic plans.• Manages inventory and establishes controls for performance optimization.
