Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 4 weeks and selling directly to consumers through its Galatea app. Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher in the world, boasting a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers. Recently raising a Series C and backed by some of the top VC's such as: Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into GalateaTV is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse.
This role requires 4 days a week at our San Francisco office.

What You'll Do:You will be a key driver in shaping business strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of Inkitt's publishing platform (print, audiobooks and TV).Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO and the rest of the leadership team to define and implement the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with our mission of being the Disney of the 21st Century.Operational Excellence: Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance and Engineering teams to own the operating model, establish efficient processes, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvements to ensure consistent performance and growth. Support company-wide strategic initiatives that will deliver the next phase of company growth and revenue acceleration.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Investors, Partners, etc.Team Management: Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team across various functions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.Financial Management: Partner with our CFO to develop and manage budgets, optimize resource allocation and ensure financial stability and growth.
