The Vice President of Product Management is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy across the company's fastest growing and second highest revenue generating division.
This individual will lead the Product Management team to drive product innovation, portfolio growth, and strategic alignment with the company's long-term business objectives.
As a core member of the senior leadership team, the VP will work collaboratively across functions to ensure product success from conception to delivery, and act as the primary advocate for the division's product portfolio.
With a strong focus on customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning, this leader will ensure that the company continues to lead in the industry by modernizing solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key to success in this role is the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring that the team executes with agility and focus on delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product portfolio strategy aligned with company's goals and the division's growth targets.
Lead and mentor the Product Management team to research, analyze, and deliver strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership, including Product Development, to drive product lifecycle management, portfolio rationalization, and strategic investments.
Analyze macroeconomic, industry, and competitive trends to create strategies for significant business growth.
Work closely with cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment to ensure business and product strategies are executed, with a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions.
Lead acquisitions evaluations and integrations.
Act as the primary representative for the division's product strategy, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive customer-focused initiatives, translating feedback into actionable strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in technology Product Management
Experience in Senior Leadership operating at a Director or VP level leading teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, and BAs
Must have ERP Product Management experience
Comfortable hands-on developing, driving, and executing on product vision and roadmap
Experience combining solution strategies to develop a comprehensive reinvented offering
Strong business leadership and financial skills to include FP&A, P&L management, and M&A strategy
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and product development lifecycle (PDLC)
Proven success launching enterprise SaaS products and migrating legacy systems to the cloud (AWS preferred, not required)
Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization with ability to work cross-functionally
Senior leadership experience key qualities include: change management, high growth, servant leader, data driven mindset
Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management

Strong understanding of similar industry and customer base i.e.
SmB and Enterprise
Master's Business Administration (MBA)
