What you'll achieve: The VP of Risk, Security, and IT – Global CISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer) will be a key strategic partner reporting directly to the CTO, responsible for spearheading the organization's cybersecurity, risk management, and internal IT strategies. As a leader of the Cybersecurity operations, this pivotal role ensures operational integrity by embedding a culture of security awareness, driving compliance with regulatory standards, and proactively aligning security strategies with global frameworks and emerging regulations.
As a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C/CISO), the VP will oversee comprehensive cybersecurity protocols with a strong emphasis on cloud security, resilient IT operations, and mitigating risks posed by evolving threats. This leader will also champion innovative approaches to safeguard the organization's digital and operational assets across a global landscape.

Articulating a forward-looking vision for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, aligning efforts with the organization's growth and resilience objectives.Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to embrace change, fostering adaptability and innovation in response to shifting threat landscapes and regulatory requirements.Developing a strategy to scale the team to meet the demands of our global growth.Enhancing client and stakeholder trust by proactively communicating security strategies, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation efforts to instill confidence among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Serving as a trusted advisor to the CTO and executive leadership team, providing actionable insights and influencing decisions that protect the organization while unlocking opportunities for growth and team efficiency.Providing strategic direction and oversight for the organization's risk management and cybersecurity framework.Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies aligned with Outseer's objectives, incorporating best practices for risk assessment and management.Developing and executing department strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and company priorities.Desired Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master's degree or higher is preferred.15+ years of experience in information security, risk management, and IT operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a department leadership role.Demonstrated expertise in integrating cybersecurity practices into DevSecOps pipelines and Agile workflows.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management practices, and ITIL principles.Proven experience with cloud security strategies and frameworks.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.Hands-on knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI-driven threat detection, zero-trust architecture, and advanced identity and access management systems.Familiarity with business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.Outseer is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
