Responsibilities

The Accruent Product Line GM is responsible for the comprehensive management and leadership of a product portfolio
This role supervises both Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring the alignment of product strategies with business goals, successful development, and value delivery to customers
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy and vision, aligning with the organization's broader business objectives
Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple products and product lines within the portfolio, ensuring consistency and synergy between different offerings
Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their roles and responsibilities
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between product teams, engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, services, support and other relevant departments to ensure the effective execution of the product strategy
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
Use this information to identify opportunities and make informed strategic decisions
Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap that defines the product's strategic goals, milestones, and timelines
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on product portfolio performance
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources and budgets across the product portfolio to maximize return on investment and growth
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product development or the success of the portfolio
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, making decisions regarding updates, enhancements, and product retirements
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as the P&L for the product portfolio, using data to make strategic and tactical decisions
Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a strong customer focus, incorporating voice of customer (VoC) and needs into the product portfolio strategy and development
This is a full-time, exempt position
The salary range for this position is $160,100 to $297,300
This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location
The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work
