Vice President, Product Marketing at Thnks: Shape the Future of Gratitude in Business Are you an experienced product marketing leader with a proven ability to craft and execute winning strategies in ecommerce? Do you thrive at driving alignment across teams, translating customer insights into compelling product positioning, and building scalable marketing programs? Thnks is seeking a VP, Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts, including stewarding our Marketplace as a key component of our platform.

Additionally, you'll oversee the Marketplace as part of your broader responsibilities, enhancing its integration and value within our ecosystem.

What You'll Do Product Marketing Leadership: Define and implement a product marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, drives product adoption, and accelerates customer acquisition and retention. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market plans for new features and products, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. Positioning & Messaging: Own and refine product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate the value of Thnks to target audiences. Customer Insights: Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies. Marketplace Stewardship: Oversee the Thnks Marketplace as a key component of the platform, ensuring it evolves to meet customer needs, enhances the user experience, and supports overall business growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align on product development priorities and ensure seamless launches. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability. Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to track the success of product marketing initiatives and ensure continual optimization. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a significant focus on digital marketplaces and/or ecommerce platforms Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies. Strong background in positioning and messaging for B2B products or platforms. Familiarity with managing or integrating marketplace components within a broader product strategy. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. A customer-focused approach with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
