We are currently seeking aVP Sales - MFG/CI Industry Leaderto join our team.

Overview: NTT DATA is seeking an Industry Lead for North American Client Growth Office (CGO). This sales leader will serve as the primary interlock between the CGO and the Manufacturing Business Unit. This role demands a deep understanding of industry trends, a strong background in technology consulting, and substantial experience managing a significant portfolio. Successful Industry Leads have 20+ years of experience across industry-specific consulting and client-side roles. They are credible experts in one of the MFG/CI subject areas and are well versed in the language and challenges of their domain.

The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating a fast-moving, matrixed sales organization and will possess a proven ability to drive business development and revenue growth. They are a hands-on executive who serves as the go-to for all pursuits big and small and ensure the CGO is supporting MFG/CI with resources and best practices as the business merits. The Industry Lead must possess excellent organizational skills and a bias towards action; management by delegation will not move the needle here. Responsibilities
Primary Point of Contact for all interlocks between Business Unit and Client Growth Office.
Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with Business Units and Practices to drive revenue and market expansion.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships to enhance growth prospects.
Provide deep industry insights and thought leadership, leveraging extensive knowledge of technology and industry trends to guide sales strategy and execution.
Utilize extensive sales experience to drive business development efforts, build and nurture client relationships, and close high-value deals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, delivery practices, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution.

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
20+ years industry experience with at least 10 explicitly in technology services consulting role or primary client POC for SI engagement.
5+ years experience as a Sales leader with responsibility for supporting $500M+ portfolio
10+ years experience managing both strategic sales cycles and the long tail of revenue pipeline.

Preferred Experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
