As a VP Strategy, you will play a strategic leadership role by creating new and strengthening existing client relationships that will result in exponential growth for the Company. This role is instrumental in the growth of our firm by being a subject matter expert and industry leader in technical operations and manufacturing in life sciences, helping attain new clients/sites that are poised for growth, growing existing strategic clients/site, mentoring and training team members and being an executive leader in the Company.About you: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You embody high-caliber leadership qualities and excel in your respective field.You have achieved a high level of knowledge in the areas of change management, strategic decision making, and people management in an agile, ever-changing environment.You are currently or will live in the area where this job is posted.You have a philanthropic drive and will embody our Patient Focused and People First Mission through the involvement in professional development and philanthropic opportunities.How will you spend your days as a VP, Strategy? Collaborate with lead generation team to identify new client prospects, nurture leads and be a key part to Request for Proposal (RFP) response generation and bid defenses.Lead and support strategic initiatives to develop Project Farma brand into the leading biotech consulting firm in the Midwest and Southeast Regions (i.e. actively participating in local regional marketing and industry events and organizations).Lead project teams and provide strategic direction throughout the project delivery life cycle.Provide executive support to operations for existing client escalations or employee issues.After new client acquisition, own and lead new client setup including resource allocation and provide technical leadership until proper transition to operations.Strategically create structures and processes to ensure team members have the required tools, training, and systems to perform their duties.Mentor, train, and coach team members at all levels in technical performance, client engagement, and leadership skills.Lead, create, oversee, and execute project schedules, client project initiatives, plans, or workstreams ensuring team deliverables are completed in a timely and high-quality fashion.Develop technical documentation such as SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, summary reports, etc.Required: B.S. or M.S. in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.A minimum of 15 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing and technical operations experience.A minimum of 7 years of managing a high-performing team.A minimum of 5 years business development, lead generation, or sales experience.Travel potential up to 50%.Covid Vaccine is required prior to the Team Member's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.In return for your skills, knowledge, and passion, we offer a wide range of benefits including: Competitive salary based on experience.Aggressive bonus structure.Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance effective your first day of employment.401k Plan with company match.Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays.Company Paid Maternity and Parental Leave.Continuing Education Assistance.Who are we?
