Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc. is seeking a VTC Lead to join our government project supporting onsite at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Columbus, OH; Richmond, VA; or Ft. Belvoir, VA to manage the operations for VOC COOP. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work under general supervisionDevelop the requirements of a product/project from inception to conclusion.Develop required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.Lead and coordinate with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.Work independently as a VTC Lead performing as shift lead duties for first, second, or third shifts, providing guidance and direction to VTC admins on the same shift in the VOC, VTC Operations Center.Perform duties of VTC administrator while performing duties of junior engineer and/or VTC Lead.Minimum Experience: Two to Five (5) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least two projects in technical areas, including networking and/or Cisco Video Tele-Conferencing. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years. Additional experience in the Video Teleconferencing arena, including deployment, troubleshooting, and supporting VTCs in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to provide leadership for other VTC Administrators and training for new VTC Administrators.

DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II U.S. Citizenship is Mandatory Computing Environment: Required VTC Certifications: Cisco CLTECH - Cisco Certified Technician Supporting Cisco Collaboration Devices
