Compensation: $60,000-$72,000/year How does our IT Services Support Technician Drive Impact? - User lifecycle management Primary administration of user access additions, updates, and removal Coordination with HR team for onboarding employee management Liaison for non-standard requests Administration of Specialist role documentation -Tier I & II information technology support Provide support via phone, walk-ins, and ticket system Provide on-site support to dealerships in a very limited capacity. Diagnose hardware and software issues Advise user on appropriate actions, as needed Follow policy and procedure to escalate issues to Senior Technician Assign tickets to designated technicians, as needed Create tickets for issues reported by phone or walk-in -Maintain Technology Department inventory Intake and Organization -End-point maintenance Imaging Provisioning and Deployment -Create knowledge base documentation for new policies and procedures, while maintaining existing knowledge base items. -Stay current with system and application information, changes and updates
