As a Warehouse Associate, you will be working at Harder's state-of-the-art prefabrication and warehouse facility in west Phoenix.
This facility supports our projects throughout the West Coast and Southwest with skid and module fabrication, equipment shipping and receiving for installation projects, and plumbing and process piping services.
The hours at this facility are 5:30am-3:30pm.
Successful projects do not complete themselves.

What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for assisting the team with warehouse operations and supporting our work across the company.
You will help with warehouse organization, inventory control, and shipping and receiving making sure that work is completed safely, on schedule, and up to Harder Mechanical's quality standards.
Warehouse Associate's at Harder perform the following daily tasks: Pull orders for tools, and inspecting and organizing tools into their proper location as they come in Keep the warehouse organized, and help with shipping and receiving Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders General housekeeping in the warehouse and outside yard Help keep warehouse clean & organized What you will need to be successful in this role: Able to take direction with little oversight Organized and productive Strong math skills are helpful Interested in working in a group environment Experience driving forklifts to assist in loading & unloading trucks Physical requirements: must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds), must be able to stand for long periods of time, crouch, kneel, and lift Must have reliable transportation; driver's license is a plus but not required Must pass background and drug test Education/Experience: Must be 21 + 1-2 year of experience operating a forklift High school diploma or equivalent work experience Benefits (Wages and benefits provided by UA local469) Competitive salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Retirement package
This position is hourly with full benefits.
