Under general supervision, coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations including receiving, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and services to our production teams and associates.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment following standard operating procedures. Match packing slip information with physical counts to verify accuracy of shipment to process goods receipt. Inspect incoming materials and equipment for damage or defects; record discrepancies and notify Warehouse Lead/Manager. Manage/move inventory to proper warehouse location or deliver to departments, as needed. Operate a fork truck and/or powered hand-truck with proper training. Process inventory transactions via ERP system. Prepare items for shipment or return. Perform weekly inventory counts at direction of Warehouse Lead/Manager. Rotate stock as needed to maintain FIFO inventory system where applicable. Clear empty pallets, keep aisles clear, and maintain overall organization of warehouse stock. Maintains a service first approach to the teams we are supporting. Follow all regulatory and safety requirements on site. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Demanding, fast-paced position requiring high energy and a positive attitude. The position works within a team environment, which requires communication and collaboration with all levels of management and with all supporting departments.
Job Requirements:
High school, GED, or equivalent diploma Ability to read, write and interpret standard operating procedures. Must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements. Must have good communication skills. Must treat team members, vendors, and visitors with respect. Must have strong organizational skills. Must contribute to building a positive team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 3 years of warehouse / receiving / shipping experience preferred MRP/ERP experience a plus Cannabis industry experience a plus Microsoft Office experience a plus (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 60lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Shift
Monday through Friday 7:30am 4:00pm (Subject to change with the needs of the business)
