Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the validating receipt of materials against Purchase orders, packing slips, repair and return documents, and the management of storing and dispensing such materials in a timely manner, including, but not limited to:
Performs warehouse duties including, unloading/loading trucks, using a forklift for unpacking receipts, packing returns, packing goods issued, maintaining documentation and safety of material.
Inspecting materials upon receipt for damage, quantity, and specification.
Responsible for inventory placement into designated bins upon receipt completion.
Coordinate logistics and delivery of direct shipment materials to field locations
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Entering records into computerized tracking system (SAP).
Performs goods issued receipts in SAP for all material which flow through the warehouse
Maintains warehouse transaction documentation.
Participates and assists in ensuring warehouse activity compliance.
Assists with Inventory control activities i.E.
Cycle Counting, wall-to-walls.
Physically capable of lifting materials and product up to 50 pounds.
Compliance with company policy and industry regulations.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support.
General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department.
Performs routine tasks.
Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.
Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent
Work Schedule: 9-80 Schedule (9Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
