Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in the Austin Metropolitan Area. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received.
Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of packaging materials.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or light industrial setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as order picking and inventory management.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
