Warehouse Associate

Role & Responsibilities: · Process all inbound/outbound cargo and trucks daily.
· Verify and compare information from pre-alerts.
· Update warehouse board to control docks doors and availability.
· Liaison between warehouse office and CS department.
· Provide updates through emails and timely responses on requests for ongoing loads.
· Verify, Process and label freight for imports or export.
· Record and report all impaired or damaged merchandise items, enter data in company WMS.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: · High school or higher (to be able to perform duties which requires basic math skills).
· General warehousing knowledge.
· Being able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
· Forklift experience will be considered an advantage but not required.
· Basic working experience as a Warehouse admin.
· Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs.
· Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
· Capability to work well with others.

· Good organizational and time-management skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual preferred.
· Should be flexible with shifts and days as operation may require attendance on weekends or holidays.
