Warehouse Associate

Role & Responsibilities: Process all inbound/outbound cargo and trucks daily.

Verify and compare information from pre-alerts.

Update warehouse board to control docks doors and availability.

Liaison between warehouse office and CS department.

Provide updates through emails and timely responses on requests for ongoing loads.

Verify, Process and label freight for imports or export.

Record and report all impaired or damaged merchandise items, enter data in company WMS.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: High school or higher (to be able to perform duties which requires basic math skills).

General warehousing knowledge.

Being able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Forklift experience will be considered an advantage but not required.

Basic working experience as a Warehouse admin.

Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs.

Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Capability to work well with others.

Good organizational and time-management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual preferred.

Should be flexible with shifts and days as operation may require attendance on weekends or holidays.
