About the role: Pompa Program is looking for a motivated and well spoken Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of functions that contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of shipments to customers.
Responsibilities: Process orders for daily kit building, accurately and efficiently.Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, kit, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsMaintain a clean organized workstationConduct audits for warehouse inventory countsTransport material within the warehouseMeet and/or exceed quality performance metrics through consistent quality monitoring and employee feedbackEscalate issues/risks that impact quality or performanceResponsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting the CompanyResponsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by CompanyResponsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as requiredAbility to work independentlyProven working experience as a warehouse workerGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift heavy objects Requirements: Above average computer skillsCustomer ServiceAbility to split work between office and warehouse (30/70)Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft ApplicationsForklift, and other warehouse equipmentAbility to work independentlyProven working experience as a warehouse worker, and office adminGood organizational and time management skills Compensation Range: $18 - 21 hour
This a full time 8 hour shift during the day.
