This position ensures adequate levels of material and/or product inventories that are maintained and is responsible for evaluating, tracking and moving inventory needs. Why E2 Optics? \n What You'll Do:Safety is E2's number one Core Value. Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies.Promotes company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.Proactively leads a team of 3-5 to complete day to day activities and project tasks.Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.Operates forklift and other construction equipment as required, ensuring that safety standards are followed.Conducts regular visual inspections of equipment location.Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual inventory received and stock count to computer-generated reports.Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2. What We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED2+ years' logistics/general office management/support experienceExperience working on a construction job siteExperience operating/driving a forklift, company vehicles and other construction equipmentValid driver's license for a minimum of 3 consecutive years with a clear driving recordStrong leadership, communication, influencing and collaborative skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with deadlines. Must have a good command of the English language in order to provide effective phone, desk-side, and email support.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
