This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. The work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. It is vital for the work output to be very high quality, with correct results, time and time again. Checking and double-checking is often necessary; individuals performing the job must be patient and conscientious. Support for Asset/Facilities Manager Assist in managing assets including equipment, tools, and facilities. Collaborate with the Asset/Facilities Manager to prioritize and address maintenance needs. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and facilities and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with external vendors or internal teams. Assist in managing inventory levels for supplies, equipment, and spare parts. Prepare orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely replenishment of inventory. Support in maintaining detailed logs and records related to assets, maintenance activities, and inventory. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement. Perform any unforeseen duties that may arise as the company grows. Qualifications:
Previous experience in facilities management, asset coordination, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and departments. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to solve problems and improve processes. High school diploma or GED required Bilingual preferred but not required Nevada resident required Maintain regular attendance and punctuality is required Team player This job requires the capacity to work for eight to ten hours per day in a production shop environment. Additionally, the ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment that may weigh more than 50 pounds is necessary. Physical dexterity is also a must-have as it will be required to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
