We are seeking an experienced Warehouse General Manager to lead the daily operations of our new fulfillment center in West Phoenix.
This center will support our wholesale, retail, and digital channels, ensuring that our luxury products are delivered with efficiency and care.
The Warehouse General Manager will develop scalable strategies to support growth while maintaining high levels of productivity and cost-efficiency.
salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities
Manage and scale fulfillment operations (quality control, inbound, outbound, returns, personalization, inventory control) Support retail allocation and oversee store fulfillment logistics strategy Collaborate with other department leaders and omnichannel teams for special requests and process changes Drive productivity standards and implement improvement programs Create and track volume forecasts Identify and make changes in labor based on volume and needs Motivate, train, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure safety, reliability, and cleanliness Monitor KPIs, identify efficiency and accuracy improvements, and address bottlenecks Champion change management and foster a continuous process improvement mindset Take ownership of employee performance, development, and retention Develop facility operation plans for peak season
