Responsibilities Assist Operations and Maintenance departments in finding material and parts in the warehouse and storage areas Coordinate/perform physical movement and paper transfer of materials to meet operations schedules Receive material into the plant and warehouse physically and in any applicable systems daily Operate equipment to assist with load outs or off loads in the warehouse and plant Compile and maintain manual or computerized records, such as yard logs, material transfers, available inventory, status and location of materials. Responsible to add, subtract, and maintain part inventory in CMMS, and adjust BOM for work orders and PM's in CMMS.
Ensure safe work practices are always implemented.
Report any safety issue or problem to supervisor and EHS Manager immediately. Support all company safety, health, environmental, and quality programs and policies, and be accountable for the performance of these programs in the Maintenance Department. Qualifications High School Education required 1-3 years of maintenance experience required; plant maintenance preferred. Must be accurate, accountable, and detail-oriented team player. Need general parts, electrical, and mechanical equipment understanding. Ability to learn process equipment, equipment locations and plant orientation to be able to identify part and equipment as needed. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions if needed.
Ability to work overtime and or weekends as needed for plant outages and scheduled planned maintenance. Good communication skills and problem-solving ability. About Us
