Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to manage our warehouse facility in Carrollton, TX that supplies laboratories the parts and supplies they need to ensure quality lab testing.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse while fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence.
As our Warehouse Inventory Supervisor, you will: Manage Operations: Manage daily workloads, monitor inventory accuracy, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Accurately track and maintain inventories in NetSuite ERP.
Timely creation of parts orders and transfer requests to meet deadlines.
Accurately receive and document parts back into inventory.Ensure Safety & Quality: Oversee receiving and shipping procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.Communicate Effectively: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot shipping issues, and maintain strong relationships with team members and management.Optimize Processes: Implement inventory management best practices, ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and maintain shipping supply levels. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations, including supervisory roles and proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite).Physical & Mental Demands:
This role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while collaborating effectively with your team.
