The Keg Picker is responsible for picking and loading keg orders accurately and efficiently onto trucks using power industrial equipment supplied by the Company to fill customer orders. He or she maintains the safety/sanitation/security of the Warehouse environment and appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications Must be 18 years or olderSix months of experience in a similar position strongly preferredSix months of forklift experience requiredExperience in operating an electric pallet jack, and other power equipment preferred Responsibilities Accurately pick and load kegs into trucks to fill customer ordersOperate forklift and order pick to transport kegs within the warehouseRegularly lift and move kegs weighing 50-165 poundsMaintain hourly performance goalsReceive daily assigned load sheet/truckStand up, lift, roll, and stack kegs into the truckComplete quality control when location inaccuracy is determinedVisually verify the quantity, size, and product type loaded and capture a picture of the load when completed for auditing purposesAssist with physical inventories as requiredPerform and submit a daily power equipment checklist to the appropriate manager Report any safety or mechanical problems with power equipment through technologyOperate all equipment in a safe and efficient mannerConduct operations and maintain the facility in a neat, clean, orderly, and safe mannerAssist in maintaining the security of the WarehousePerform other duties as assigned Competencies ChangeProfessionalismCommunicationRelationshipsSelf-AwarenessDependabilityTime ManagementPositive attitudeFlexibilityResults driven Critical Skills Strong attention to detailAble to read, write, and perform basic math computationsAble to learn and use the Companys technologyAble to learn and maintain knowledge of company and productsWorking knowledge of computerized hand-held devicesInventory ControlQuality Control Working Conditions Able to maintain very high proficiency and job standards while working in a non-temperature controlled environment that includes exposure to heat, high humidity, and inclement weatherAble to work occasionally in refrigerated areasAble to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels and some dust and fumes from power equipment Physical Requirements and Essential Functions Regular, reliable attendance requiredAble to perform greater than average lifting up to 180 lbsAble to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and/or forkliftAble to stand and walk, reach with arms and hands, lift and carry, and use hands and fingers to handle or feelAble to stack, un-stack, and roll large amounts of product throughout the dayMust have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision and the ability to judge distance
