Warehouse Lead will communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor to help enforce procedures throughout the warehouses. Expected to offer guidance and encourage productivity and training. You may be asked to complete tasks at the request of management that is included but not limited to the following. Job Duties: Help manage and engage in all warehouse functions to ensure that processes are being done efficiently Proficient in scanning functions and ERP transactions Communicate with supervisor on day-to-day problems Assist supervisor in performing audits across warehouse(s) Maintain safety and quality expectations and protocols Training warehouse employees Assist in shipping functions to ensure in time delivery Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of one year of work experience required. Must be 18 years or older. Prior warehouse experience preferred. Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain certification upon hire is required. Leadership Communication Excellent organization and time management skills2nd shift position - M-F 3pm-11:30pm - OT mandatory as needed.
