Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager who can speak Chinese fluently to manage all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in warehouse management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and accuracy. Proficiency in Chinese is crucial for effective communication with our Chinese-speaking staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Develop and implement efficient processes and systems for inventory control, quality assurance, and order processing.
Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse.
Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
Prepare and manage warehouse budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts, and generate regular reports for management review.
Facilitate clear and effective communication with Chinese-speaking staff and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential.
Fluency in English also needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
