What You Can Expect
As our warehouse manager, you will develop and lead a high-performing warehouse by scheduling, planning, coordinating, and maintaining inventory of products and materials. Communicating any inventory changes with our field teams and supervisors is key to helping us fulfill our work orders. To ensure that daily work material requirements and receiving goals are met, youll oversee all warehouse operations while complying with OHSA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures while operating forklifts and other heavy machinery. In addition, you will lean on your strong leadership skills to develop current and incoming warehouse associates so they may support your top-notch warehouse operations.

To Be Successful
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
High school diploma or GED, required
Forklift certification, required
Valid drivers license, required
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
For Your Safety
Use common hand tools
Lift a minimum of 10 pounds
Able to push brooms, mops, vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, etc.
Must be able to bend, twist, and twist at shoulders, waist, and knees to handle materials
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
