We are seeking experienced, motivated and hard-working Material Handler to join our growing team of 3rd shift Logistics associates at Blum USA.

Job Responsibilities
As a Logistics Material Handler, you will be responsible for all work assignments within the Logistics Department.
These include dock handler, pick station operator, material handler, over wrap operator, order checker, conditioning chamber, consolidation & small quantity warehouse.
Additional responsibilities for this Operator position include:
Interpret a variety of data presented in hardcopy &/or on a computer displayLoads/unloads pallets from/to trailers using forklift Breaks down material received on pallets for processing & redistributionPicks orders using a computer & stages those orders for shipment Wraps & labels palletsInspects staged orders for accuracyRecycles cardboard & plasticMaintains housekeeping standardsProcesses orders through the Conditioning chamberProcesses material through the small quantity warehouseTransports material from warehouse to production & from production back to the warehouse using a forklift Job Requirements
To be successful in this type of position, we need team players who bring a positive attitude to the work place and enjoy being around and working with others.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse environment.
Other requirements for this position include:
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution is preferredLifts/Carries up to 50 lbs up to a distance of 30 feet, under 15 times per shiftPushes/Pulls up to 50 lbs up to a distance of 5 feet, under 15 times per shiftConstant standing, sitting and forklift drivingFrequent reaching, walking, twisting, turning, stooping, bending, squatting and kneelingOccasional crawling, working overhead or using both hands to finely manipulate objectsConstantly use both hands to move, grasp and pick up objectsOccasionally works in an area where there is exposure to high heat levelsMust be able to operate computers, scanners, wrapping machines & office equipment with one or both hands Must be able to acquire/maintain sit-down & walk behind powered industrial forklifts operator licensesWork requires ability to read/interpret data presented in hardcopy or on a computer displayOccasional use of both feet for repetitive movements while operating sit-down forklifts Benefits
