Job summary
Warehouse Laborer is responsible for safeguarding the Customer's product to insure the quality of the material.
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation for the purpose of accurate picking, staging, loading, unloading, stacking, and relocating of the customer's product.
Responsible for safety of all associates.
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:

Requirements
Summary of essential job functions
This job includes the following duties and any other as assigned by current manager:
To ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.Follow all safety rules and regulations.Accurately pull and stage shipping orders, adhering to all customer's special instructions.Accurately relocate product to ensure location of product and to maximize space.Responsible for seeing that the Customer's product is in quality condition at all times.Unload and stock material accurately recording the quantity and description of the items delivered.Complete daily inspections of equipment to be used and keep clean and in good running order.Must be knowledgeable on how to use all equipment necessary to complete any task given daily.Maintain the cleanliness of the facility inside and out on a daily basis.Correctly interpret and follow Packaging Instructions: Use correct supplies, Correct labels are marked on package.Put correct weight in package Be sure overall appearance is excellent Stow in the proper storage areas.Responsible for making sure all labels are correct, neat, legible, upright, and parallel to the box or bag.Ensure product being transferred is free of contaminants.Communicate-let management know about any problems or concerns you may have Immediately acknowledge and/or accept responsibility for damage to product, equipment etc, Responsible for taking direction from Supervisor and or Lead associate.Responsible for any other duties as assigned by Management. Minimum requirements Must be a able to work day or night shift.Sit down forklift experience in a warehouse environment preferred.Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.Must be able to pass a employment and criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical and functional capacity test.Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.Must be self-motivated and be able to perform duties in an independent manner with minimal supervision;Detail oriented
